Order in Council 1912/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 2(2) and 5(2) of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation Act, 1999 ,

George Cooke of Toronto, Ontario

be appointed as a member and designated as the Chair of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, commencing on the latter of November 20, 2016 or from the date this Order in Council is approved.
