OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated December 18, 2002, and pursuant to subsections 16(1) and (2) of
Chapter 377 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Superannuation Act, is pleased to approve the extension of John Marshall, P.Eng., in the public service, beyond age 65, to February 20, 2004, without amending any other term of his employment.
