Order in Council 2014/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Under subsection 42(1) of the Courts of Justice Act , Alison Jane Wheeler, Barrister and Solicitor of Toronto, Ontario, be appointed a provincial judge, effective October 18, 2017 .
