i) publish the notice at least twice in a newspaper or other publication having general circulation in the municipality during the period set out in clause (a), with the publications being at least six days apart, (ii) post the notice prominently on the website of a newspaper or other publication having general circulation in the municipality for at least 14 days during the period set out in clause (a).
