OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education and Culture dated March 5, 1999, pursuant to

Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Education Act, and pursuant to clause 9(

a) and

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to repeal clause (

c) of Order in Council 1998-590 dated November 10, 1998, and substitute therefor the following paragraph: (

c) authorize the Minister of Education and Culture, where required, to acquire or jointly acquire with Municipal Armoyan Consortium, land for the construction of schools for the Chignecto Central Regional School Board, Conseil scolaire acadien provincial and the Halifax Regional School Board and to sell the provincial interest in such lands to Municipal Armoyan Consortium or its nominee;.
