An Act to amend The Administration of Estates of Mentally Disordered Persons Act

Short title This Act may be cited as The Administration of Estates of Mentally Disordered Persons Amendment Act. R.S.S. 1978, c.1 (Supp.), s.1. Rev. Stat. c.A-5,

section amended

Section of The Administration of Estates of Mentally Disordered Persons Act is amended: (

a) by adding after clause (

d) the following clause: “(d.1) make such provision as he may consider expedient or desirable for, and acquire anything that in his opinion is necessary or desirable for the maintenance or benefit of, that person”; and (

b) by striking out “deem” in the first line of clause (
