OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated April 25, 2016, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) acquiring by gift approximately 4.9 hectares (12 acres) of marshland located at Habitant, Kings County, Nova Scotia, being identified as PID 55466544 and PID 55466551 and outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from Canard Haskap Inc., its successors and assigns, subject to the condition that Canard Haskap Inc., its successors and assigns, are able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; (

b) paying such legal, appraisal, survey or other costs incurred with respect of the acquisition by gift of this land; and (

c) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
