Order in Council 1544/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 9.(1) of Ontario Regulation 46/17, Ontario Climate Change Solutions Deployment Corporation, made under the Development Corporations Act, the appointment as a member and Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Climate Change Solutions Deployment Corporation of Gabriella Kalapos by Order-in-Council 1096/2017 is hereby revoked, effective September 13, 2019, as Ms. Kalapos has resigned as the Vice-Chair and as a Director of the Ontario Climate Change Solutions Deployment Corporation.
