Order in Council 1768/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portion of highway in the Geographic Township of Sarnia, City of Sarnia, County of Lambton, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, being Part of Lot 18, Concession 7, shown as

Part 1 on a Plan of Survey deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Lambton as Plan 25R-11298 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2311-0292) be closed pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter P.50, as amended; and

The designation as controlled-access highway by Order in Council R.O.C. 76/78 and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Lambton as Instrument 434757, be amended so as to cease to apply to the portion of highway closed as described in

section 1 above.
