Order in Council 1224/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Erica Weinberg was reappointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of five years, effective February 8, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 66/2023;

And

whereas Erica Weinberg tendered her resignation effective May 8, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Order in Council O.C. 66/2023 be revoked effective May 8, 2025.
