Order in Council 1672/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Alcohol, Cannabis and Gaming Regulation and Public Protection Act, 1996 , Douglas McLarty of Ottawa be reappointed as a part-time member of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Board of Directors, for a fixed term of three years, effective February 20, 2022.
