OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated March 30, 1999, pursuant to clauses 7(2)(
a) and (
h) of
Chapter 319 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Licensed Practical Nurses Act, is pleased to revoke the appointment of Mary M. Tizzard of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a member of the Practical Nurses Licensing Board, which appointment was made by Order in Council 1999-73, dated March 3, 1999.
