OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated December 10, 2002, pursuant to
Section 59C of
Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to authorize the Izaak Walton Killam Health Centre to enter into a financial transaction for purposes of borrowing a sum not to exceed sixteen million ($16,000,000.00) dollars in Canadian funds to finance the construction of expanded parking and research facilities provided, however, that the term for repayment of the aforesaid sum shall not exceed twenty (20) years.
