B.C. Reg. 172/2014 , deposited September 8, 2014, under the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE ACT [section 35] and the EMPLOYMENT AND ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ACT [section 26]. Order in Council 511/2014, approved and ordered September 5, 2014.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) the Employment and Assistance Regulation, B.C. Reg. 263/2002, is amended as set out in the attached

Schedule 1, and

(

b) the Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/2002, is amended as set out in the attached

Schedule 2.

Schedule 1

Section 11 (1) of the Employment and Assistance Regulation, B.C. Reg. 263/2002, is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(vv) payments granted by the government of British Columbia under the Temporary Education Support for Parents program.

Section 1 (

a) of

Schedule B is amended by adding the following subparagraph:

(xliii) payments granted by the government of British Columbia under the Temporary Education Support for Parents program, .

Section 6 of

Schedule D is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(qq) payments granted by the government of British Columbia under the Temporary Education Support for Parents program.

Schedule 2

Section 10 (1) of the Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/2002, is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(vv) payments granted by the government of British Columbia under the Temporary Education Support for Parents program.

Section 1 (

Schedule B is amended by adding the following subparagraph:

(xliv) payments granted by the government of British Columbia under the Temporary Education Support for Parents program, .

Section 6 of

Schedule D is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(rr) payments granted by the government of British Columbia under the Temporary Education Support for Parents program.
