OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated June 27, 2006, pursuant to clause (

f) of

Section 19 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2006-177 dated April 18, 2006, by striking out

Schedule "A" and

Schedule "B" approved by the Order and substituting it with

Schedule "A" and

Schedule "B" showing the lands crosshatched in red, both schedules attached to and forming part of this report and recommendation.
