OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Office of Equity and Anti-Racism Initiatives dated June 7, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 9 of
Chapter 250 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Land Titles Clarification Act , is pleased to make new regulations respecting the Land Titles Initiative, in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after July 5, 2022.
