Order in Council 1376/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Michael Di Salle of Sudbury be reappointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term effective the later of January 15, 2025, and the date this Order in Council is made and ending August 19, 2025.

Further,

whereas Michael Di Salle was reappointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective August 20, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 888/2023;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 888/2023 be revoked effective the later of January 15, 2025, and the date this Order in Council is made.
