Order in Council 1405/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 3(1) and 3(2) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021 , Blair Taylor of Oakville be appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Blair Taylor was reappointed as part-time member of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of one year, effective October 17, 2022 by Order in Council O.C. 1098/2022;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1098/2022 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
