Order in Council 497/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 1257/2021 dated September 16, 2021 that appointed Jean Bedard of Ottawa as a part-time Lawyer member of the Consent and Capacity Board under the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
