OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated August 19, 2015, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act , is pleased to authorize: (

a) the disposal and conveyance by the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to Halifax Regional Municipality of an interest in certain lands located at or near 17 Herring Cove Road, Chocolate Lake, County of Halifax, Nova Scotia, as more particularly shown on

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, as “Parcel 1” (PID 40429615) containing 0.23 acres, more or less; “Parcel 2” (PID 40429623) containing 0.28 acres, more or less; “Parcel 3” (PID 40429631) containing 0.29 acres, more or less; “Parcel 4” (PID 40429649) containing 0.30 acres, more or less; “Parcel 5” (PID 40429656) containing 0.30 acres, more or less; “Parcel 6” (PID 40429664) containing 0.53 acres, more or less; “Parcel 7” (PID 40429672) containing 0.33 acres, more or less; “Parcel 8” (PID 00250274) containing 0.75 acres, more or less; and “Parcel 9” (PID 00250399) containing 0.34 acres, more or less, for the consideration of $2,900,000.00, and on the other terms and conditions set out in the Land Exchange Agreement in

Schedule “B” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; and (

b) the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines to effect the conveyance of the lands herein above described.
