OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education and Culture dated January 14, 1999, pursuant to subsections 12(1) and (2) of
Chapter 5 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Cosmetology Act, is pleased to appoint Cindy Binns of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a member of the Cosmetology Association of Nova Scotia's Provincial Examining and Licensing Committee for a term of three years commencing March 3, 1999.
