On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 27(1) of the Expropriations Act and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , D. Stephen Jovanovic of Windsor be appointed as part-time member and Associate Chair of the Board of Negotiation for a fixed term of one year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
