On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 5 of O. Reg. 279/99 made under the Development Corporations Act (Ontario) Order in Council numbered O.C. 1306/2019 dated September 13, 2019 appointing Todd Kilpatrick as Member be revoked.
