Interpretation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia dated July 12, 2016, and pursuant to

Section 29 of

Chapter 494 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Vital Statistics Act , and

Section 18 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act , is pleased to, effective August 2, 2016: (

a) revoke the appointment of Krista Dewey as Acting Deputy Registrar General of Vital Statistics, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2015-209; (

b) revoke the appointment of Wendy Lindsay as Acting Assistant Deputy Registrar General of Vital Statistics, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2015-209; (

c) appoint Krista Dewey as Deputy Registrar General of Vital Statistics; and (

d) appoint Melissa Mosher as Assistant Deputy Registrar General of Vital Statistics.
