Order in Council 228/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 7(1)(

b) of the Medical Laboratory Technology Act, 1991 , Peter McLeman of Toronto be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year, effective March 23, 2024 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
