OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs dated October 1, 2010, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Higher Education, Government of the United Arab Emirates regarding cooperation in education and training, to be substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
