OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 4, 2026, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) amending Lease No. 4751 to add approximately 78 hectares (193 acres) of Crown lands currently identified as portions of PIDs 20197612, 20197638, 20204814 and 20200978, shown outlined in bold and shaded grey on the map marked

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to Eric Millen, or his executors, heirs, trustees, administrators or approved successors and assigns; (

b) amending Lease No. 4751 to increase the length of the term from ten (10) years to twenty (20) years, with an option to renew of an additional twenty (20) year term, on the condition that Eric Millen complies with the terms and conditions of Lease 4751 to the satisfaction of the Department of Natural Resources; and (

c) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
