Order in Council 1673/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Kimberly Parish of Aurora be reappointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term effective January 31, 2021 and ending February 20, 2022.
