Order in Council 152/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to paragraph 8(1)(3) of the Nipissing University Act, 1992 , Stuart Kidd of North Bay be appointed as a member of the Nipissing University board of governors, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not exceeding three years, effective the date of this Order.
