OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated August 20, 2003, and pursuant to subsection 128(2) of

Chapter 6 of the Acts of 2001, the Land Registration Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke Order in Council 2003-357 dated August 11, 2003; and (

b) amend the Land Registration General Regulations made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2002-581 dated December 17, 2002, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after December 1, 2003.
