OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 10, 1999, pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the issuance of a lease by the Minister of Natural Resources of a parcel of Crown land containing 3.82 acres, more or less, situate at West Dover, Halifax County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Halifax Regional Municipality, a body corporate with its head office at Halifax, Halifax County, for the purpose of maintaining and operating a multi-purpose sports field only and for no other purpose, for a term of ten (10) years at the full term rent of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00).
