OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Immigration dated August 11, 2006, and pursuant to

Section 25K of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to: (

a) assign the Office of Immigration responsibility for the operation and management of the Nova Scotia Nominee Program and any successor program; and (

b) direct that the Office of Immigration do such matters and things as may be necessary or incidental for the effective operation and management of the Nova Scotia Nominee Program or any successor program, including the collection of fees on behalf of the Nova Scotia Nominee Program or any successor program.
