OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated August 16, 2022, pursuant to
Section 72 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2009, the Dietitians Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2009, the Dietitians Act, except subsection 15(7), do come into force on and not before January 24, 2023.
