OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated May 19, 2011, and pursuant to

Section 9 of the Financial Assistance Regulations made pursuant to

Chapter 30 of the Acts of 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, is pleased to: (

a) consent to the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Board of Directors decision of April 27, 2011, to approve financial assistance in an amount not to exceed Four Million Dollars ($4,000,000.00) to LED Roadway Lighting Limited on terms and conditions generally as outlined in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated May 19, 2011; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this order.
