OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated October 3, 2000, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Nina M.E. Adams of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits while employed with the Department of Consumer Affairs, which appointment was made by Order in Council 88-1131 dated October 12, 1988; and (

b) appoint Nina M.E. Adams of East Preston, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, for a term to expire October 31, 2005.
