OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated July 24, 2002, and pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Patricia L. Whynot, made pursuant to Order in Council 92-915 dated September 22, 1992, while employed with Power Dempsey Cooper; and (
b) appoint Patricia L. Whynot of Bridgewater, Lunenburg County, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits, for a term to expire August 31, 2007.
