Preamble Power to deal in real estate The Board of Governors of The Ross Memor- ial Hospital has applied for special legislation to empower it to acquire and dispose of real estate. The applicant represents that The Ross Memorial Hospital was incorporated by special Act in 1903, which Act was amended in and in 1964. It is appropriate to grant the application. Therefore, Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Ontario, enacts as follows: 1. Despite sections and of the Sched- ule to
