OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated June 5, 2002, and pursuant to
Section 9 of
Chapter 25 of the Acts of 1998, the Real Estate Appraisers Act, is pleased to appoint the following lay persons to the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Real Estate Appraisers Association each for a two year term of office commencing June 28, 2002: A. Martin Smith of Bedford, Halifax Regional Municipality; and Douglas C. McNeil of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality.
