OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Public Service Commission and the Minister of Finance dated July 19, 2001, pursuant to subsection 43(1) of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 98-134 dated April 8, 1998, effective on, from and after August 16, 2001, by deleting Appendix "A" referred to therein and substituting Appendix "A" attached to and forming part of the joint report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Public Service Commission and the Minister of Finance dated July 19, 2001.
