B.C. Reg. 183/2012 , deposited June 25, 2012, pursuant to the PROTECTED AREAS OF BRITISH COLUMBIA AMENDMENT ACT, 2012 [section 10]. Order in Council 430/2012, approved and ordered June 22, 2012.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the following provisions are brought into force:

(

a) sections 4 and 8 (

a) of the Protected Areas of British Columbia Amendment Act, 2012 , S.B.C. 2012, c. 32;

(

b) effective July 6, 2012,

section 2, insofar as it establishes Atlin/A Téix'gi Aan Tlein Park, and sections 6 and 8 (

b) of the Protected Areas of British Columbia Amendment Act, 2012 .
