B.C. Reg. 320/2005, deposited October 27, 2005, pursuant to the MOTOR FUEL TAX ACT [Section 71 (2) (m)]. Order in Council 793/2005, approved and ordered October 26, 2005.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective October 5, 2007, the Motor Fuel Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 414/85, is amended as follows:

Section 7 is amended

(

a) in paragraph (

b) by striking out "person" and substituting "person, or",

(

b) in paragraph (

c) by deleting ", or" at the end, and

(

c) by repealing paragraph (d).

Section 10 is amended by striking out "or (d)" after "section 7 (c) ".
