OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated August 3, 2000, and pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of an easement for the purpose of installing, maintaining and using a water transmission line and maintenance road with respect to 4694.4 square metres of Crown lands at Kearney Lake, Halifax County, shown as PARCEL E-11 and PARCEL E-13 on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to the Halifax Regional Water Commission, a body incorporated pursuant to the provisions of the Halifax Regional Water Commission Act, for the consideration of its appraised market value of $1200, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
