Order in Council 531/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 3 of the Niagara Parks Act , O.C. 31/2022 dated January 13, 2022 appointing April Jeffs as a member and chair of the Niagara Parks Commission be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
