Order in Council 25/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 14(1.1), 14(1.2) and 14(2) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act , as amended,

Glenn C. Walker of Chatham

be appointed as a part-time member and appointed as Chair of the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal who is entitled to hear matters under the Agricultural Employees Protection Act, 2002 , for a fixed term of two years, effective the later of December 31, 2019 or the date this Order in Council is made.

And pursuant to subsection 172(5) of the Environmental Protection Act , as amended,

Glenn C. Walker of Chatham

be appointed as a part-time member and appointed as Chair of the Board of Negotiation for a fixed term of two years, effective the later of December 31, 2019 or the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, that Order in Council 156/2019 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
