Order in Council 1138/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Harriet Lewis was reappointed as part-time member of the Animal Care Review Board for a fixed term of five years, effective May 9, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 1774/2021;

And

whereas Harriet Lewis tendered her resignation effective June 21, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 37(2) of the Provincial Animal Welfare Services Act, 2019 , Order in Council O.C. 1774/2021 be revoked effective June 21, 2022.
