OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation (Nova Scotia) Act dated August 18, 2005, pursuant to Sections 9, 10, 12 and 15 of

Chapter 3 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1987, the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation (Nova Scotia) Act, is pleased, effective August 31, 2005, to: (

a) appoint Diana Lee Dalton, LL.B., of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a non-civil servant member of the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board for a term of office of six years; (

b) appoint Diana Lee Dalton, LL.B., as Chair of the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board; and (

c) determine that Diana Lee Dalton, LL.B., shall receive an annual retainer of $5,000.00 and $400.00 per day for each day spent on Board business up to 130 days and that she shall be reimbursed for reasonable travelling expenses in accordance with the Nova Scotia Government Management Manual.
