OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated February 24, 2006, pursuant to
Section 17A of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective February 24, 2006, to: (
a) revoke the appointment of the Honourable Carolyn Bolivar-Getson as Minister responsible for the Public Service Commission, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2003-379 dated August 18, 2003; and (
b) appoint the Honourable Ronald S. Russell as Minister responsible for the Public Service Commission, who may be described as the Minister of Human Resources.
