Order in Council 1659/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 3(1), 4(2), and 5(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, the following Orders in Council involving Dr. Bonita Marie Bengert Porter, Order in Council numbered O.C. 2439/82 dated September 16, 1982, Order in Council numbered O.C. 833/88 dated March 31, 1988, Order in Council numbered O.C. 561/96 dated April 4, 1996, and Order in Council numbered O.C. 2507/90 dated November 14, 1990, are hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
