CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Cattle Marketing Voluntary Deductions Act (Assented to May 19, 1981) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Cattle Marketing Voluntary Deductions Amendment Act, 1981. Rev. Stat. c.C-3,

section amended The following subsection is added after subsection 6(4) of The Cattle Marketing Voluntary Deductions Act: “

(5) The Deputy Minister of Agriculture is deemed to have authority and control over the special trust account established pursuant to

section of The Cattle Marketing Voluntary Deductions Act, 1970, as it existed on July 31, 1978, and shall transfer the assets and liabilities of the special trust account into the fund, and, upon completion of the transfer, the special trust account is terminated”.
