Order in Council 759/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Chief Electoral Officer has recommended the appointment of a returning officer,

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 7 (1) of the Election Act , S. Scott Sima of Toronto be appointed Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Toronto—St. Paul's, effective the date of this Order.
